Coastal Homestead (01124) announced that Cai Shaobin has resigned as an executive director and a member of the Investment Committee of the Company, which will be succeeded by Dr. Li Ting with effect from 20 March 2017.
It is reported that Dr. Li Ting, aged 41, graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in computer application in 1997, and then obtained a master's degree and a doctorate degree in management science and engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2000 and 2005. Dr. Ting Li also obtained a Master of Business Administration (emba) degree from China Europe International Business School in 2013 and has served as the company's Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer since 2012.
