"At first, I didn't understand anything, but when I was an apprentice, I learned from my teacher, starting with moving bricks and ash." Mao Le said. There was a group of people who entered the construction site at the same time as him, and he was not the most outstanding in it. He knew that if he wanted to learn well, he could only rely on his own diligence and hard work. Therefore, every time he works with the master, he will carefully watch how the master operates, and the dirty work will run to the front. In this way, relying on his own efforts, he was recognized by his teacher, and gradually learned some professional skills and became a qualified masonry.

Speaking of the unforgettable things he encountered when he first joined the work, Mao Le smiled. At the beginning of masonry, the wall surface was not clean due to insufficient operation, the thickness of the ash seam was uneven, and the fullness of the mortar did not meet the requirements. In order to solve this problem, Mao Le used his rest time to practice repeatedly, he said: "At that time, I had to be tested. Sometimes a practice is a whole day. When you encounter problems that you can't solve, you still have to ask, and if you ask people, you don't necessarily have to say it, and you have to 'coax' to learn. ”

In addition to his daily routine work, Mao Le did not give up studying and studying, he purchased the relevant textbooks of "masonry" at his own expense, and used his spare time to "recharge" himself. I also often participate in training and competitions in various places, "I treat masonry as a kind of entertainment, and I treat masonry works as a kind of artwork, which makes me feel very accomplished." Since 2002, the 17-year-old Mao Le has taken root in the construction site for more than ten years, two construction sites a year, more than 30 construction sites, and participated in large and small commercial housing, dormitories, office buildings and other buildings.
