Marinos

Also known as the Marinois, it is often referred to as a horse dog in China and originates in Belgium. The name "malinois" comes from the Belgian city name mechelen.
They are excellent working dogs, mainly used for sheep herding, guards, police dogs, tracking, searching and sweeping drugs. The U.S. Secret Service uses Marinos for white house protection.

The Marinos head is well-defined, with distinctly black areas on the face, covered in black on the upper and lower jaw areas, including the corners of the mouth, and the eyelids are also black.
The nose is black and has no other variegated colours. The ears are triangular, black, erect, almond-shaped, brown, more pale yellowish brown, and the eyeballs are not prominent.
The Marinos is medium in size, with a high head and neck, long and sloping shoulders, close to the body, and a pronounced angle with the upper limbs.
The chest is deep but not wide, the lowest point reaches the elbow, from the lowest point of the chest to the abdomen, the abdominal line is smooth, the abdominal depth is medium, and neither the abdomen is constricted nor hanging. The waist is short, wide and firm, and gradually rounds backwards.
The Marinos bears a high resemblance to the German Shepherd, and the above is a comparison of them.
The Marinos coat is short, straight and stiff , with slightly longer coats on the neck , mostly pale yellowish brown to reddish brown in color , and black tips.
The Marinos walks briskly, with its legs on a line, both in front and from behind, while the back line remains horizontal.

The Marinos dog is obedient, long-lasting, alert, sensitive, bold and fierce, especially its bouncing explosiveness is surprising, and a good horse dog can climb trees.
