Among them, Gaojiapu Town, Shenmu City, is the largest town in Shaanxi Province, Gaojiapu has a history of more than 500 years, and topics related to the Great Wall are worth exploring, including the hot spot in the archaeological community in recent years - the Shi'an site.

Liu Kaiyun, deputy director of the Shaanxi Shenmu City Cultural Relics Protection Institute: Unlike most square piers, the beacon tower site in the former Dunliang Village of the Ming Great Wall in Shenmu City is circular, the exterior is not covered with bricks, and it is rare to have eight openings below, and the inside is a circular passage. Judging from this relic, it is possible that there will be steps leading to the top of the hole at the bottom. Di Nan, associate researcher of Shaanxi Provincial Archaeological Research Institute: The Unique Cultural Phenomenon of "Hiding Jade on the Wall" was found at the Shi'an site, and the earliest known bone reed musical instruments in the world have also been unearthed. More than 4,000 years ago, in northern Shaanxi, northern Jin and central and southern Inner Mongolia, there were hundreds of large and small Stone City settlements, which roughly coincided with the distribution area of the Great Wall in later history, and some scholars called this area the early Stone City Zone, or even the prototype of the Great Wall. Pei Fei: Some scholars believe that the Shi'an site may be the capital of the Yellow Emperor's tribe, the outer city east gate site is huge, complex structure, and regular shape, and the two wings of the city wall have found the earliest horse noodles and corner platforms in the current domestic era, and these architectural elements are still used in the architecture of the Great Wall after 2000. The geographical location of Shi'an Village is located in Gaojiabao Town, Shenmu, "The Crown of the Thirty-six Camp Forts of the Yulin Great Wall" is gaojiabao town, one of the best-preserved ancient towns in northern Shaanxi, which later became the original West County in the TV series "Ordinary World", and the writer Lu Yao's hometown is only a two-hour drive from here.
