Among them, the undergraduate batch and higher vocational college batch can fill in 1-6 college volunteers, the undergraduate second batch can fill in 1-9 college volunteers, and each college volunteer can fill in 1-5 majors and whether to agree to transfer majors.
So, what is parallel volunteering? What should I pay attention to in the parallel volunteering process? How to fill in the application to maximize the advantages of parallel volunteering? Combined with the experience of guiding students to fill in volunteers for many years, I would like to share my understanding and suggestions on the parallel volunteering and parallel volunteering methods that everyone cares about.
The so-called parallel volunteering refers to the parallel relationship between the 6 or 9 college entrance examination volunteers filled in by the candidates (according to the position of the natural order of volunteers on the volunteer form, they are referred to here as a, b, c, d, e, f volunteers).
Parallel volunteering is based on the principle of "score priority, follow the volunteer, one round of pitching", and its pitching is different from the admission principle and the traditional volunteer priority principle.
"Score priority" refers to the placement of the subject category according to the candidate's score from high score to low score, and then according to the principle of position priority, first cast high score candidates and then cast low score candidates. For each student, according to the natural order of the candidates' parallel volunteering, they are retrieved from front to back, and once they are retrieved to the schools where the plan is not full, they will be submitted to the school, and the candidates with the same scores will be sorted in turn according to the chinese, mathematics and foreign language listening scores.
Some people have figuratively compared the admission of parallel volunteers to travel by car. For example, all the enrollment plans admitted in the first batch of the province can be regarded as all the seats on a high-speed train, and each seat is directly labeled such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Fudan University, Zhengzhou University and Henan Agricultural University (the number of seats reserved by each school is the number of plans for the university to be admitted in our province that year, and one plan corresponds to one seat). On the platform, the candidates of the same subject in the province are lined up in the order from high score to low score, and the conductor calls the number to board the train in order from high score to low score, who scores high, who is called first, and after arranging the volunteer pitch of the previous candidate, the seat of the next candidate next to the next candidate can be arranged. The parallel volunteering method can greatly increase the chances of admission, and of course, reduce the probability of low-scoring candidates entering elite schools. However, parallel volunteering is not risk-free, if you fill in the application improperly, you will also lose the opportunity to enter the ideal university or even lose the opportunity to be admitted (commonly known as the slide). Taking the candidate with a score of 666 points mentioned above as an example, suppose that the six parallel volunteers he filled in were in natural order: a Peking University, b Tsinghua University, c Zhengzhou University, d Nanjing University, e Fudan University and f Henan Agricultural University. The score lines of the above-mentioned colleges and universities were 678, 678, 630, 655, 660 and 619 points respectively, so because the candidate's score was lower than the ab volunteer pitch line (the high-scoring students before him had already occupied the enrollment plan), the ab volunteer school could not apply. The 666 points is higher than the pitching line of Zhengzhou University in the c position, so it can smoothly apply for Zhengzhou University. In this way, although his score is higher than the pitch line of Nanjing University and e Fudan University, he also has no chance of being admitted to these two schools (according to the principle of volunteering, the natural position of zhengzhou university volunteer is before Nanjing University and Fudan University). In addition, if the Zhengzhou University he fills in has special requirements for several majors he has reported (such as physical conditions or special requirements for single subject scores, etc.), and his physical conditions happen to be limited and he does not agree to transfer majors, at this time there may be a risk of withdrawal due to limited conditions and do not agree to transfer, at this time, once withdrawn, the batch of admission opportunities (a round of pitching), can only wait for the opportunity to collect volunteers.
Therefore, the gradient arrangement of the six volunteer schools should be reasonable, and the question of "whether to agree to transfer volunteers" should be carefully selected. Generally speaking, according to the admission score line of each school in our province in recent years or the approximate ranking of admitted students, try to rank the school with the low admission score line to the back, and the high score school is ranked in the first place of the natural position, so as to avoid the low-scoring schools from "cutting off the beard" in the front position. This is also the meaning expressed by many experts who suggest that "the first two rush and one rush, the middle two are stable and one stable, and the last two are guaranteed" when filling in parallel volunteers.
Therefore, when filling in parallel volunteers, it is necessary to fully consider the position arrangement relationship of several parallel volunteers, and also to seriously study the "Enrollment Regulations" of colleges and universities; at the same time, in-depth comparative analysis of the admission scores of each school's enrollment over the years, especially the position of candidates. Otherwise, the phenomenon of "volunteering upside down" may be formed, squandering extremely valuable opportunities.
