On June 8, Vice Mayor Tan Kemin led the relevant departments directly under the municipal government to inspect and supervise the Zhuzhou Yunlong Wanda Plaza Complex Project of the Hunan Division of the General Contracting Company, accompanied by Qian Jie, General Manager of Zhuzhou Wanjin Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Chen Siyuan, Project Manager of Zhuzhou Yunlong Wanda Plaza Complex.
Zhuzhou Yunlong Wanda Plaza Complex Project is a key project of Zhuzhou Yunlong Demonstration Zone, and is also the first Wanda Plaza project undertaken by China Construction Fifth Bureau, which has good policy advantages and development advantages. The project combines regional characteristics and culture according to local conditions, and plans to build the fourth generation of intelligent Wanda Plaza, Huxiang Cultural Architectural Style Commercial Pedestrian Street, Urban Mansion, Soho Apartment and other formats. It is of great significance to accelerate the pace of regional urban integration, promote the integration process of Changzhutan, and enhance the value of urban areas.
Tan Kemin and his party successively inspected the construction site and the overall construction of the project, Qian Jie, general manager of Zhuzhou Wanjin Real Estate Co., Ltd., introduced the progress of the project at this stage, and Chen Siyuan, project manager of Zhuzhou Yunlong Wanda Plaza Complex, the general contracting company of China Construction Fifth Bureau, made a detailed introduction to the on-site construction process, civilized construction, safety education and other situations. Chen Siyuan said that the current project department has completed about 160,000 square meters of commercial and residential in 100 days, the main structure will be capped in March 2021, and Wanda Plaza will open on December 23, 2021.

When inspecting the construction area of the site, Tan Kemin fully affirmed the progress control of the project, quality and safety assurance, dust control, and civilized construction. At the same time, he also asked all participating units to further improve their political positions, give play to the responsibilities of central enterprises, scientific planning, reasonable arrangements, and complete the construction of the project with high quality under the premise of ensuring safety, quality, and progress. The project department should further do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, promote the vaccination of operators, attach great importance to the implementation of relevant epidemic prevention and control measures, and fully protect the safety of personnel.
After the inspection, Tan Kemin expressed his appreciation for the construction safety and quality control and progress performance of the Fifth Bureau of China Construction, and affirmed the achievements made so far, hoping to further exert its own advantages, forge ahead, create high-quality projects, benefit zhuzhou citizens, and make Yunlong Wanda Plaza a new landmark in Zhuzhou city while maintaining the quality and progress of the project.
