Shang Liping, member of the Standing Committee of the District CPC Committee and director of the Organization Department, Chen Yutang, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, Zhou Lijun, deputy district governor, and Yu Jingyi, vice chairman of the DISTRICT CPPCC Committee, attended the meeting.

Shang Liping demanded that cadres in our district should have the qualities of "one more and four haves": "one more", caring for the interests of the masses is better than their own interests; "four haves" have a sense of mission to serve the people, have a passionate desire to do things, have the courage to face problems head-on, and have the action consciousness of being good at learning. It is necessary to focus on the work of the district party committee and the district government center, further strengthen the goals and research methods, strive to open up the practice path, implement the action in depth, and actively seek results. At the same time, it is also hoped that the party committees (party groups) of all units will further grasp the training of cadres, do a good job in setting an example, pay attention to heart-to-heart talks, improve the internal training mechanism, and strengthen the backbone.
