Lacey the Greyhound is a film adaptation of the work of the British writer Knight, which was published in 1938 and sold well around the world, and was translated into more than twenty languages, first adapted into a film by MGM in 1943, starring elizabeth Taylor, a generation of goddesses, remade many times in the 1940s and 50s, and recently remade again in 2005, showing its enduring charm.
The story tells that in the 1930s, during the Great Depression, unemployment accompanied by life was unsustainable, the man sold Lacey to the Duke, but Lacey missed the little master, and fled home over and over again, even if the rich duke moved from Yorkshire to Scotland, Lacey still did not spare any effort, difficult and unremitting journey home, and finally inspired the duke to continue to accompany the little master. The film is about a loyal dog and an honest and loving family, and also allows us to see the way humans and dogs get along in the last century.
Scottish Shepherd, referred to as Su Mu, also known as Curly Dog, is alert, intelligent, hardworking, large dogs, easy to train. It is elegant in hair, because it is more than 60cm tall after adulthood, so it is forbidden to breed in most parts of the country. It is similar in appearance to the Hilti Shepherd, but is about twice the size of the Little Hi.
