It is said that when Yang Chen was an official, he braved the rain to come to the village to investigate the work, so he used to take shelter from the rain in the homes of the people. But the harsh working environment and heavy rain, the official was still drenched in rain. During the period of shelter in the village, he also discussed clan relations with the Yang people of the village. Later, after his death, the people remembered the first time he went to the countryside to rain. In order to commemorate him, people renamed the place where he went to the countryside to rain and call it Yulinzhao Village.
