Born in Nanjing in 1993 and graduated from the Royal College of Music, Zhang Haotian is the Global Publicity and Cultural Education Ambassador of the 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, the 2014 Coca-Cola Nanjing Youth Olympic Ambassador, the Palace Palace Culture And Xiangrui Art Publicity Ambassador, the International Peace Ambassador and the Steinway Young Artist.
Zhang Haotian began his piano initiation at the age of 5 under the guidance of Professor Chen Langqiu.
At the age of 12, he won the first prize in the Canadian National Music Competition and was praised by the media as a "musical prodigy" and a "piano rookie".
At the age of 13, he won the second place in the finals of the Keyinswell International Youth Piano Competition, the youngest person in history to win this result and the first person of Chinese descent.
At the age of 15, he was admitted to the Mannis Conservatory of Music in the United States with the excellent results of the first place in the annual ranking and full scholarship.
At the age of 20, he was admitted to the Graduate School of the Royal College of Music.
In 2017, he was a judge at the International Piano Competition at the Vitoso & Becanto International Music Festival in Italy, the youngest judge in the history of the competition.
In fact, Zhang Haotian was also bored with the piano because of boring practice when he was a child, but his careful thinking was quickly resolved by Professor Chen Langqiu.
After that, he went to Vancouver with his family, where pianos were everywhere, and children often performed at banquets, and Zhang Haotian once again ignited his enthusiasm for learning piano.
Many media call Haotian a "talented teenager", in fact, only he knows that the piano must have some talent to play to a certain level, but only by paying a hundred times the effort can he become a pianist.
With many years of overseas life experience, Zhang Haotian has both Chinese and Western cultural backgrounds, a unique way of understanding the relationship between art and life, an experimental spirit and a sense of innovation, and is a representative of the new generation of post-90s artists.
On July 18th, "Time Traveler - Zhang Haotian Piano Solo Music", he will share the scenery he has walked through through music, and interpret the sound of the classical masters in his eyes...
At the concert, Zhang Haotian will open with the "Moonlight Sonata" by the German and Austrian giant Beethoven, and then travel to the 20th century to perform the French Impressionist master Debussy's "Moonlight". Later, two masterpieces by Glinka, one of the representative figures of the Russian national music school, and the Polish piano poet Chopin, will lead the audience to experience different national customs.
In addition, Liszt's Piano Sonata in B minor, a landmark in 19th-century piano literature, will make waves under his fingers. This was followed by the folk song "Jasmine" from his hometown in Jiangsu, and the finale song was "Breaking through the Limit" composed by himself.
