Ma Ge Shroud and Ma Yuan

I would like to share with you a small allusion to our famous general Ma Yuan, I think everyone knows that the idiom of Ma Ge shrouding the body is from the "Book of Later Han • Ma Yuan's Biography", which records that in order to pacify the invading general Ma Yuan of the Northern Xiongnu at that time, he was named General Fubo by the emperor at that time. Fu Bo, is a general's title, it means to quell the chaos.

Soon after, the Xiongnu war resumed, and Ma Yuan, who was already over the age of flower armor, voluntarily asked for a battle, he said, "When a boy dies on the battlefield, he should be wrapped in a corpse", but soon after, he died of illness on the battlefield, which is the origin of the idiom of ma ge shroud.
