Wang Kai said that Changchun has deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on inspecting Jilin Province, adhered to the principle of transportation first, and made breakthroughs in the construction of major transportation infrastructure projects such as railways, accelerated the construction of a regional transportation hub city, built a modern metropolitan circle in Changchun, and provided support for better service docking with major national strategies.
