In 2014, Shenyang Bureau Group Company fully implemented the deployment requirements of the Party Group of the State Railway Group and the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and undertook the designated poverty alleviation task of Youcanzi Village, Youcanzi Township, Kazuo County. Over the years, Shenyang Bureau Group Company has fully supported the rural poverty alleviation work, has invested funds for many times, around the infrastructure construction, industrial project development and other key areas, for you canzi village to help build a hope primary school, new asphalt road, cultural square and other hardware facilities, and together with the Kazuo county government to jointly develop and build photovoltaic power stations, livestock and poultry manure resource utilization projects, cold shed bases, etc., and constantly enhance the "hematopoietic" function of Youcanzi Village, so that the per capita income of the poor population reaches more than 8,000 yuan. 501 poor people have been lifted out of poverty, and the whole village has undergone earth-shaking changes.
