We must learn and understand thoroughly, draw spiritual strength from it, and practice the "two safeguards" with practical actions in their positions, seeking their own government and fulfilling their responsibilities, so as to ensure that the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping are effectively implemented.
Strengthening supervision over the "number one" and leading bodies is a key link in upholding and perfecting the supervision system of the party and the state. To uphold and improve the supervision system of the party and the state and to strengthen the restraint and supervision of the operation of power, we must grasp the main contradictions and the main aspects of the contradictions. To strengthen supervision over the "number one" and the leading body, we must highlight the problem orientation, grasp the key links, strengthen accurate supervision, and constantly enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of supervision.
Adhere to political leadership. To strengthen the supervision of the "number one" and the leading body, we must first strengthen political supervision, always closely focus on the implementation of the spirit of the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, closely focus on the implementation of the main responsibility, the implementation of democratic centralism, honesty and self-discipline, etc., in the actual action of practicing the "two safeguards", look at the political conduct, system implementation, power operation, and performance of duties of cadres, and urge the "number one" and leading groups at all levels to always maintain the political nature of loyalty and cleanliness.

Strengthening supervision over the "number one" and leading bodies is the key to supervision within the party, and it is necessary to uphold and strengthen the party's leadership throughout the entire process of supervision, strengthen the responsibility and "guiding" role of party committees at all levels in supervision, and use inner-party supervision to direct and lead other types of supervision, so as to prevent each party from singing its own tune. Other types of supervisory subjects, no matter what position they are in, what functions they perform, or what role they play, must consciously promote the party's self-supervision and other types of supervision to work in the same direction and form a joint force under the leadership of the party.
Correctly handle the relationship between the "number one" of supervision and the members of the supervision leadership team. In the leadership team, the "number one" is the key. At the same time, each team member is also the "number one" in charge of the field and department.
