On the afternoon of September 13, Lu Zhiyuan, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, went to the Qingdao Party History Memorial Hall and Shibei District to study and investigate. Subsequently, Lu Zhiyuan went to CRRC Qingdao Sifang Vehicle Research Institute Co., Ltd., Liyuan Life Memory Museum, guangxingli Qingdao Industrial Design and Innovation Center to learn more about the production and operation of enterprises, technological innovation and the construction of protection and renewal projects in the historic city, and listened to the relevant work reports of Shibei District.

Lu Zhiyuan stressed that Shibei District, as the old town of Qingdao, has a profound historical and cultural heritage.
