In winter, every day, pork is delivered by truckload, and workers need to quickly shape the good pig legs: remove the skin, cut off the back of the pig skin, and then remove the blood vessels on the pig legs, then pick up the salt to fix the smell, and then put the made legs neatly to squeeze out the excess water. One link is tied to one link, and every link needs to be fast. The process of air drying often takes two or three years. Waiting for the ham to mature is like waiting for a mystery, and after using the horse bone to stab it into the flesh and pull it out, you will know whether the ham has been successful or not.

Since the launch of sales, the sales volume of "Tai To" on Taobao has reached two crowns, and well-known restaurants have also invited "Tai Give" ham to settle in. Today, in addition to expanding existing product lines and production capacity, Cao Zhenyi's plans include adding a production line called "Tai To Fast Food", building an advanced sausage production center and a rural hotel. Cao Zhenyi said that Taizhi agriculture uses Taobao to release its own products, spread its own value, shape the entire company's discourse system, reach a link with the world, and use the Internet in Weining, Guizhou, to sell the entire product to developed areas.
In the past ten years, Cao Zhenyi has transformed from a frank and sexy female Wenqing into a promising "post-80s" entrepreneur, her Taobao store has quietly achieved a double crown from relatives and friends, and the self-created ham brand has opened up the market in the high-end catering industry with fierce competition, and the turnover is considerable.
