If nothing else, just on the lotus leaves, dirt and chicken collocation, has already made people think of it, after being served, it presents a golden translucent, tender outside, shiny "body", let people look very appetizing, eat a piece of incense overflowing mouth, elastic sticky teeth, is really wonderful!
I am extremely reluctant to eat "over-oiled" fish, especially if they are fed "sweet". But since eating the dish of "carp roasted noodles" in Upper River City, it has completely changed the previous "broken" habits. This dish, will be pure without any other sweetness, and the taste of many secret ingredients, "without thinking" completely immersed in each cell of the fish, plus the tenderness of the fish, only a small bite, will make people "heart wide open", and then grab a chopstick carp on the baked dough, crisp but not giggling, cool and not turbid feeling, it is really good.
