After the hospital examination, Ms. Wang's lips were infected, it has been more than a month, Ms. Wang is still in the treatment stage, and now her mouth is still swollen, ms. Wang asked for compensation. The beauty teacher believes that Ms. Wang's lip problem is an infection caused by her own lack of post-care, and it will be better after a while. Ms. Wang contacted her many times without success, and the beauty teacher blocked her from her WeChat friends. Ms. Wang was very angry and complained about the matter to the Penglai District Consumer Complaint Center.

After receiving the complaint, the staff of the consumer investment center immediately launched an investigation, because Ms. Wang did not have any contact information of the beauty teacher, and WeChat was not a formal online trading platform, and the operator information could not be found, so the consumer investment center could not accept it.

Due to the low threshold and high profits of the embroidery industry, it has invisibly driven the rise of a large number of embroidery training institutions, and many of the embroidery industry today are derived from nail salons, barber shops, and beauty shops. Not only are there more and more physical stores, but many micro-merchants are now involved in the embroidery industry. Since December 11, 2009, the Ministry of Health has promulgated a new Catalogue for the Hierarchical Management of Medical Beauty Projects, and the revised Catalogue has deleted the cosmetic tattoo techniques (i.e., eyebrow tattoo technology, eyeliner technique, lip tattoo technology) and only retained the eyebrow surgery "eyebrow revision" and "eyebrow lifting". "Eyebrow tattoo" is a completely different concept from "eyebrow revision" and "eyebrow lifting". Therefore, the items of tattoo embroidery do not belong to medical cosmetology.

In the acceptance of complaints about embroidery, the problems of asymmetry between high and low eyebrows, intermediate price increase, large difference between advertising and actual effects, and infection and injury after embroidery account for the majority. First, distinguish between life beauty and medical beauty. In addition to the need for health permits and business licenses, medical beauty service projects such as micro-plastic surgery, water light needles, double eyelids, rhinoplasty and other medical beauty services must also have a practice license issued by medical institutions, and the plastic surgery and beauty projects carried out by the institution must be within the scope of approval.

Second, eyebrow tattoos, eyeliner and other beauty items, if the embroidery equipment if the disinfection is not strict, there will be cross infection, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS and other infectious diseases are transmitted through the blood, the risk is very large. If the cornea damage caused by the unpasteurized embroidery instrument may cause corneal infection, and severe ones can lead to permanent visual impairment. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a beauty institution with a large scale, high credibility and guaranteed qualifications.

Third, rationally handle the beauty salon prepaid card, carefully understand the term and scope of use of the prepaid card, service items, refund conditions, liability for breach of contract and other details, pay special attention to the restrictive agreements when the merchant terminates the service and the transfer of the business premises.

Fourth, to properly keep the signed relevant agreements, payment invoices and other evidence, if there is a consumer dispute in the field of beauty, consumers can first consult with the operator, the negotiation fails, can complain to the relevant administrative functional departments.
