On November 2, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning announced two cases of listing and sale of the land plot through Kaihannan on the land trading platform. One tourist land, one commercial land.

p(2021) No. 145, located east of Hanhong Highway on Dengnan Street in Hannan District, and south of Hongxing 4th Road. Travel for 40 years

p(2021) No. 146, located in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Plot 18r2. Commercial service for 40 years

Both parcels were sold by way of on-site listing, and the listing and unveiling time was 9:30 on December 2, 2021

P(2021) Lot 145 is located east of Hanhong Highway on Dengnan Street in Hannan District and south of Hongxing 4th Road (the specific location and 4th to see the attached figure of this listing document). I really didn't know the exact location of the land. Probably guess is Hannan Xingou Village, just the following three pictures.

p (2021) No. 145, the planned net land area of the plot is 14604.69 square meters; the nature of the planned land is ecological tourism service facility land; the transfer period of the right to use state-owned construction land is 40 years for tourism land.

Approved by the Administrative Committee of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (Hannan District Government): The self-sustaining capacity of the comprehensive service center with a construction area of not less than 8,000 square meters shall not be transferred or sold in whole or in division within 5 years from the date of completion and acceptance. The integrated service center must be put into operation within 24 months from the date of obtaining the construction permit;

It could also be a guess at the location, or it could be that I didn't know where it was and didn't know which project the integrated service center was for.

Another commercial site is located in the core area of Zhuankou.

Plot p(2021) No. 146 is located in Plot 18r2 of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (the specific location and four to see the accompanying figure of this listing document). The plot is located on the south side of wanjiahu road through the opening of the Chinese school, and it is currently seen that the nature of the land is residential, and the listing is said to be commercial land, and the future or the nature of land use will be changed.

The planned land area of the plot is 10350.75 square meters; the nature of the planned land is commercial land, and the transfer period of the right to use state-owned construction land is 40 years for commercial land.
