Three principles of school management were developed
Tang He Yuan Ding
In a weak school, the principal invites the principal of another school to help develop the school management system. That is to say, the experience of running a school is "transplanted" to weak schools.
This is not a good idea. Experience cannot be replicated, and it has become an educational consensus. Learning is OK, learning is OKAY. But don't copy it. Philosophically, there is no such thing as two leaves. That's the way it is.
Another example: the so-called teaching model implemented by a principal in the original school is still implemented in the current school, and the result is full of resistance, and it will eventually die.
There are three principles for the formulation of school management: First, the principle of logical relationship between cause and effect. The second is the principle of process operability. The third is the principle of fair distribution of benefits.
In layman's terms, it is the question of why, how to do it, and how to motivate teachers.
School management must also have a great environmental protection, otherwise it will not work. Why are urban schools generally good? There are three advantages for this reason: First, the source of students can be selected. Second, teachers can choose. The third is leadership support. Rural schools have nothing but to lose.
Of course, there should also be other tall things, mainly to let the leaders have a sense of perception and let the masses have an impression.
