Crippled Hao moved to Hong Kong from Shantou, Guangdong in the early 1960s and became famous in Asian countries in the 1970s. Leiluo's prototype Lu Le is also a legend, he has the title of "half a billion inspectors", starting as a small policeman, and finally became the chief Inspector of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, he moved to Canada in 1973 to avoid capture, according to the Vancouver,Canada's "Ming Pao" reported that he died in 2010, but the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption said he was still on the wanted list before confirming his death.
