Wang Wei, male, Han, born in May 1969, wu county, Jiangsu, joined the party in September 1997, joined the work in August 1992, university degree (urban planning department of Tongji University), bachelor of engineering, senior engineer. He is currently a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Civil Air Defense Office. Responsible for planning and development, civil air defense project construction management, quality supervision, administrative law enforcement, scientific research and stationed office and other aspects of the work. He is in charge of the Planning and Development Division, the Agency and the Second Management Office.

In the leadership team of the Beijing Municipal Civil Air Defense Bureau, two people assisted Wang Wei in his work. Respectively, Chief Engineer Wang Wenke assisted Comrade Wang Wei in responsible for the work of examination and approval, quality supervision, administrative law enforcement and other aspects of the construction of the defense project, as well as the work related to the General Communications Office; zhang Dehua, a second-level inspector, assisted Comrade Wang Wei in his work.

According to the public resume, Wang Wei once served as deputy director of the urban area division of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission (Office of the Capital Planning and Construction Commission), deputy director of the Construction Land Management Department, director of the Legal Affairs Department, and director of the Construction Land Management Division, deputy chief planner of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission (Office of the Capital Planning and Construction Commission) and director of the Construction Project Management Division, and a member of the party group and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission (Capital Planning and Construction Commission Office). He is a member of the party group and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Land Resources Management Commission (Office of the Capital Planning and Construction Commission), and a member of the party group and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission.

In November last year, the Beijing Municipal Civil Air Defense Office organized a meeting to solicit opinions on civil air defense planning and the "14th Five-Year Plan" civil air defense planning and deployment meeting, at which the meeting listened to the "Beijing Civil Air Defense Construction Plan (2017-2035)" draft for comments and the "Tongzhou District Civil Air Defense Construction Plan" framework report, and deployed the preparation of the "Beijing Municipal Civil Air Defense Construction And Development Plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan Period" to clarify the work objectives and tasks at various stages.

The meeting pointed out that the civil air defense plan, as a programmatic document guiding all aspects of Beijing's civil air defense work, should realize the seamless connection between the civil air defense planning system and the territorial spatial planning system, and implement the "integration of multiple plans"; integrate the civil air defense recent construction plan with the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" civil air defense plan into one and compile it as a whole; establish a physical examination and evaluation mechanism to implement the work requirements of "one physical examination per year and one assessment every five years"; coordinate the preparation of civil air defense planning at two levels in the urban area, strengthen the connection of work, achieve rigid transmission of indicators, and ensure the comprehensive implementation of various tasks.
