In 1988, I was born in Changzhi Bearing Factory, and I remember that when I was five or six years old, my father was a well-known entrepreneurial star in the factory. At that time, someone asked me about my ideals, and I firmly said that I would be a responsible and accomplished person like my father.

In 2006, I won the third place in the country and was sent to Xi'an Foreign Chinese University majoring in Japanese. Five years later, he was admitted as the only Chinese student in waseda University's gits research office. During the study period, I actively exchanged ideas with outstanding students from all over the world, went deep into well-known enterprises to study, visited primary schools, families and enterprises, and promoted Chinese culture. After graduation, I joined the Fuji Group and immersed myself in learning world-class advanced management concepts to lay a good foundation for returning to my hometown to start a business.

In 2014, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council issued a call for double creation, and my entrepreneurial heart could no longer be resisted, so I resolutely quit my job and returned to my hometown to start a business. Relying on foreign learning experience, combined with the actual situation of Changzhi, focusing on the financial service industry, we founded Changzhi Chaofeng Investment Management Co., Ltd., determined to create the most professional one-stop financial service platform. At the beginning of the business, during the day we saw people to talk about grand ideas, at night overtime to prepare a variety of documents and materials, after experiencing a variety of hardships and tempering, in 2017, riding on the double innovation policy and re-strengthening the east wind, the company entered a new stage of external development, relying on Changzhi to face the development of shanxi and major cities across the country.

In the meantime, I integrated the service spirit I learned in Japanese enterprises and the business philosophy of Jinshang, and under the guiding ideology of adhering to the guiding ideology of cultivating talents first and expanding the business, I implemented the "Chaofeng Entrepreneur Plan", adopted the store leader system, and the blood fission-style store opening model, opened up the development of the enterprise, maximized the creativity of employees, and initially realized the good development trend of the store being profitable and the store with talents. At present, the company has opened a number of branches in Taiyuan, Jincheng, Linfen and other areas, and more and more young people have realized their entrepreneurial dreams through the program. In 2018, in the national private enterprise equity plan competition, the "Chaofeng Entrepreneur Plan" stood out from more than 200 equity design schemes, and promoted it to enterprises across the country as the best plan, winning honors for the hometown.

Subsequently, we launched the "Chaofeng Business Partner Plan", which allows employees to become the owners of the company and enjoy the dividends of the company's development through various equity design methods. At the same time, the "Chaofeng Love Plan" was set up to accumulate pension and education funds for the families of employees; the "Chaofeng Dream Realization Plan" was launched to allow more young people to find a home in Chaofeng and find a way to realize their dreams.

Today, Chaofeng has developed from the initial 4 people to a group company with nearly 400 people in Changzhi area, 13 branches in the province, and 5 major business sectors. In September 2017, as a typical entrepreneurial model of Changzhi, he was cordially received and praised by Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council, and these honors further strengthened our confidence and determination to take root in our hometown.
