『Directions』

(1) Cut the ribs into small pieces and wash them with running water, and repeatedly soak them to remove the blood water.

(3) Peel and cut the pineapple into strips, cut the green pepper and red pepper into long and short thin strips, slice the ginger and garlic, cut the green onion into sections, and set aside.

(4) Add 3 spoons of tomato sauce, 2 spoons of caster sugar, 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a bowl of water, and a little water starch to make the sauce.

(5) Add a little flour to the marinated ribs and mix well.

(6) Pour the appropriate amount of salad oil into the small soup pot, the oil should be slightly more, put in the ribs when it is 70% hot, fry for 5 minutes on low heat, and then fry on high heat for 2 minutes.

(7) Drain the fried ribs, add a little oil in the wok and sauté the ginger slices, green onion and garlic slices.
