Zhao Xue, also known as Mo, is a member of the Artists Association of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province; Director of Jinzhou Artists Association of Liaoning Province; Director of Jinzhou Chinese Painting Research Association of Liaoning Province; Vice Chairman of Jinzhou Binhai New Area Calligraphers and Painters Association; Member of China Art Research Society; Academician and painter of China Academy of Modern Art; Assistant Tutor of Art Center of China Academy of Art; Graduated from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, studied in the China Academy of Art Landscape Major Senior Creation Seminar, has studied Chinese painting from Lu Yi Wang Zhan'ao, Professor Hong Jun, Chen Lei, Ru Feng, Chen Yungang, Lin Haizhong, Wei Feng and many other famous teachers of the China Academy of Fine Arts, especially good at landscapes, flowers and birds, the works are quiet and elegant, the freehand brushwork is mixed, and the personality is distinctive. His works have participated in national, provincial and municipal exhibitions and cross-strait cultural exchange art exhibitions for many times, and have been collected by friends at home and abroad.
