As a legendary sauce wine, the rare wine is preferably selected from the organic glutinous sorghum of Qianbei Red Tamarind, high-quality wheat, pollution-free Chishui River water as raw materials, using the traditional sauce-flavored liquor pure grain solid fermentation process carefully brewed, and finally selected different years of rare old wine and high-quality base wine ingenuity; taking the fist product Zhen Fifteen as an example, it tastes unique sauce, delicate and round, sweet and refreshing; and the empty cup after drinking is more fragrant and lasting. Ordinary life requires people to drink passionate wine to take away anxiety and stress.
In order to realize the long-cherished wish of allowing more people to drink good sauce wine; in 1975, Zheng Guangxian, the former director of Moutai Distillery, and 28 former Moutai distillery elites opened the "Guizhou Moutai Wine Ex-situ Production Experiment"; and then it took ten years, this great project was successful in 1985, and all efforts were made to achieve this period of sauce legend in history.
The trial liquor was appraised at the highest level of industry appraisal meeting in the country, headed by Zhou Henggang, a titan in the liquor industry. And the following year, Fang Yi, who was in charge of the project, personally wrote an inscription praising "treasures in wine" after tasting, and the rare wine has since been named; in history, it is a well-deserved legendary sauce.
Times are constantly changing, and rare wine is constantly upgrading; in 2009, Jindong Investment Group invested in the distillery, continuing and improving the traditional sauce process. As a result, zhenjiu was reborn and a new chapter began. By 2021, Jindong Group has expanded the industrial manufacturing of rare wine, making it take into account the attributes of "scarcity", "preciousness" and "high-end", and open up a new pattern of sauce wine.
Guizhou, with its beautiful mountains and rivers, is a gem set in the southwest of the motherland. Perhaps only the mysterious and pristine Qiandi can brew such a treasure in the wine, it can be said that it is because the Chishui Underground River Valley Sauce Wine Production Area in the subtropical humid monsoon area is the key factor in the excellent taste of the rare wine; the warm and rainy natural conditions undoubtedly add a different magic to the fermentation of the rare wine. Water is the source of all things, the brewing of rare wine is naturally inseparable from it; the rare wine selects the red water underground river water source in the production area, and after high temperature koji making, high temperature accumulation, high temperature distillation, nine times cooking, eight fermentation, seven times to take the wine of the complicated process; not only that, and then even after five years of precipitation, it is considered to be brewed, and then it can be completely created into a pure legendary sauce.
Having a rich sauce flavor is the unique feature of the rare wine, and it can be so unique and can exude the sauce flavor that many sauce wine lovers are familiar with, not only because the rare wine continues the traditional technical techniques in the brewing process, with the cellar fermentation that has been handed by generations, but also the organic glutinous sorghum of the Qianbei red tassel mentioned above in the raw materials. This sorghum is solid and full, the grain is thick, can withstand a long time, multiple rounds of remanufacturing and cooking; and the starch proportion is as high as 88%, the waxiness is greater, so that the high-quality raw materials are created by such ingenious craftsmanship, not only can perfectly stimulate the natural grain aroma in the sorghum, but also the wine quality when the wine is full of mellow and rich sauce.
Zhenjiu's vintage wine- Zhen fifteen is a fist product, a classic; it is also a star product in zhenjiu. It has won a number of international awards, and in 2020 it won the Gold Medal at the Brussels International Spirits Grand Prix for its delicate taste.
