Male quail plumage is reddish brown, the beak is dark brown, and the ventral feathers are pale yellow. Female quail feathers are off-white or light brown with black spots. The 40-day-old female quail weighs about 240 grams, and the adult female quail weighs about 350 grams. 40-day-old production, the average egg production rate is 70% to 75%, the egg weight is 13 grams, each daily consumption is 33-35 grams, and the ratio of feed to meat is 4:1.

(2) Quail for Savimetic meat removal Quail quail for Savimetic meat removal is selected and bred by the French Savimet Company, which has the characteristics of strong adaptability and strong disease resistance. The female quail is 35 to 45 days old, the annual egg production is more than 250, and the average egg weight is about 14 grams. At 5 weeks of age, the average weight exceeds 220 grams, the ratio of feed to meat is 2.4:1, and the maximum weight of adult quail can reach 450 grams.
(3) Chinese white-feathered meat quail Chinese white-feathered meat quail is bred by French giant meat from a mutated white individual in a quail. Its body shape is the same as that of the French giant meat quail, with black eyes, beak, shin and feet are flesh colored, and the feathers are pure white, with companion genetic characteristics, and are the parents of the self-separating male and female supporting lines. Adult female quail weighs 200 to 250 grams, 40 to 50 days old, egg production rate is 70% to 80%, the average egg weight is about 13 grams, the average daily consumption is 28-30 grams / only, the feed-meat ratio is 3.5:1.
