It is understood that in order to help the team members adapt to the time difference of going abroad to compete, Li Yan also led the team members to carry out night training. The speed skating national training team conducted the last training session before departure in the morning and afternoon of the 4th, and the middle distance and short distance groups respectively, and Ning Zhongyan, Yin Qi, Gao Tingyu and other famous players showed a good training state.
At the previous pre-flight education meeting, Li Yan said that the team wants to participate in the four World Cup competitions, the schedule is tight and the task is heavy, but it is believed that every athlete of the speed skating national training team will do their best to break through the limit, with the goal of winning glory for the country and realizing personal value. It is understood that on the morning of the 5th, the whole team set off from the base and embarked on the journey of this season's speed skating World Cup series. The first leg of this season's ISU Speed Skating World Cup series will be held in Poland from 12 to 14 November, followed by three stops in Norway, the United States and Canada. After the end of the four world cup matches this season, the whole team will return to China to prepare for the Beijing Winter Olympics.
