James Harden picked up his 60th career triple-doubles nets win in Brooklyn in 96-90 after surpassing Larry Bird to finish seventh in Friday night's game against the Detroit Pistons, the most in history.
Harden scored 13 points, delivered 10 assists and grabbed 10 rebounds, his second triple-double of the season. He became the fifth player in NBA history to have a triple-double and no two-point basket, on a par with Jason Kidd, Deron Wright, Steve Blake and Kirk Hinrich.
In Friday's win, Harden overtook not only Bird but also Hall of Famer Clyde Drexler to reach 32nd place on the all-time scoring list.
