At about 9 a.m. that day, the man carried a white foam box and entered the station from sangzhi high-speed rail station. The civilian police questioned the carrier. The other side said, "It's a fish." Through the unbox inspection, it was found that it was two live baby fish.
It is understood that the carrier Zhu Mou, 50 years old, Hunan Sangzhi people. He claimed that the two baby fish, totaling 8 kilograms, had been purchased at a special farm, were ready to be taken to Zhuzhou to visit their daughter, and provided relevant proof. After a detailed inspection, the police told Zhu that the baby fish is a national second-level protected animal, according to the relevant regulations, the transport and carrying of the baby fish must hold the "Transport Certificate" and other related procedures, and the high-speed rail station regulations prohibit the carriage of aquatic products, live poultry, pets and other live animals on the train. At present, the Sangzhi Station Police Station has handed over Zhu Mou and the baby fish to the Sangzhi County Agricultural Law Enforcement Brigade for further identification.
The railway police remind the majority of passengers: carrying luggage and goods on the train have strict safety regulations, in addition to strictly prohibit the carrying of flammable, explosive, highly toxic and other dangerous items, aquatic products, poultry, pets and other live animals, are prohibited to carry into the station, so as not to be rejected when entering the station, delaying their own trip.
