The new bus is printed with many ninja motifs, hoping to attract the attention of tourists and become a hot topic on social networks.
According to the local city government, the Ueno Community Bus Line began in 2003 and now carries only about 25,000 passengers a year. Someone sarcastically said: "This is not carrying passengers, it is transporting air." This time, one of the two vehicles borrowed was facing the opportunity of upgrading, and the municipal government recruited body designs with the theme of "Ninja City".
