Or mentioned in the previous article, many people's eyes in the tube fruit tree is several times medicine, 1-2 times fat, talking about diseases and insects is medicine, and do not care about agriculture, physical control.
It sounds a bit tall, but it actually can fly. Among the insect pests on citrus, the main ones with migratory nature are large and small real flies, black fried cicadas, whiteflies, fruit-sucking night moths, tianniu, etc., and there are many in detail.
In the first two years, the size of the fly, the black fried cicada is not serious, did not attract the attention of friends, mainly think that the whitefly is difficult to do, you hit the medicine, it will fly, and so the effect of the drug once it flies back to the harm. We are mainly retail households here, a family of 2-3 acres of land mostly, you spray, next door neighbors do not necessarily spray medicine, can not achieve unified prevention and rule, but also increase the difficulty of the prevention and control of such migratory pests.

Large fruit flies occur once a year, pupae overwinter in the soil, the main harm time is May to July, the end of May to the beginning of June is the peak period of occurrence; small fruit flies occur multiple generations a year, no obvious overwintering phenomenon, generation overlap, April gradually began to harm, July gradually increased, August, September, October is the peak period of harm, in addition to the harm to citrus small fruit flies also harm loquat, peach, plum, pear and so on. According to my understanding, in the Chongqing area, small fruit flies are still relatively rare, mainly based on the harm of large fruit flies!

The living habits of large and small fruit flies (adult insects), adult insects have strong flight mobility, sensitive sense of smell, where there is fruity smell, where to fly to harm; female insects like to eat a large number of proteins, sugars and other nutrients before spawning, can be mated many times, multiple eggs, each time laying 5-10 eggs, a female insect can lay more than 1000 eggs; night outdated, daytime morning and evening more active, while liking shady places, such as leaf backs, grass; rainy days are inactive, rainy days are very active; adult insect activity peak in May-October.

The time of occurrence of large and small fruit flies, with the different climates of each year, there will be slight differences, the most accurate time is to use the monitoring method, see the adults, is the best time to start control. The commonly used monitoring method is the hanging bottle method, the bottle is added to the sexual attractant, and the fly ball and yellow plate can also play the same role.
Adults with large and small fruit flies have strong migratory properties and long hazard times, and the chemical control effect alone is limited and the cost is high. It is recommended that agricultural, physical, biological, and chemical control be combined, and it is best to unify prevention and rule. Remember that last year, the government of some parts of Chongqing organized a unified control of large and small real flies, using avermectin concentrate of 0.1% of the food-based attractant, starting from May, spraying every 7 days, selecting 10-15 points per mu, spraying about half a square meter at each point, spraying the leaves on the shady side of the canopy, 6-8 times continuously.
