【Ingredients】:
2 bowls of glutinous rice, 3 chicken thighs, 2 handfuls of dried shiitake mushrooms, and 5 slices of fresh lotus leaves (you can also buy dried lotus leaves)
【Directions】:
1. Steamed glutinous rice
1: Wash the glutinous rice and soak it overnight in advance (at least 3 hours or more).
Add 1 scoop of light soy sauce, 1 scoop of dark soy sauce, 1 scoop of oyster sauce and 1/2 tsp salt.
Stir well together.
2: Add an appropriate amount of water or water soaked in shiitake mushrooms to the mixed glutinous rice.
Do not have much water, just flush glutinous rice, insert a few holes in the middle, and put it in the steamer.
Heat on medium and steam for about 20 minutes until the glutinous rice is cooked through and set aside.
2. Stir-fried chicken thighs
1: Change the soaked shiitake mushrooms to small pieces.

Buy fresh lotus leaves, cut off the bottom rod, divide a lotus leaf into 2-4 pieces, and wash it in clean water.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add lotus leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes; remove the cold water once.
4. Wrap glutinous rice chicken
Lotus leaves, sticky rice, chicken thighs, all ready, we are ready to start wrapping glutinous rice chicken
Take a lotus leaf, according to the size of the lotus leaf, put 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice, and then clip one or two pieces of chicken and shiitake mushrooms, fold and wrap it up.

5. Steamed glutinous rice chicken
Place the wrapped glutinous rice chicken in a steamer basket.
Steam on high heat for about 20-30 minutes.
