A hundred sons dialed the imperial noodles

Thirty kilometers north of longhua county, there is an ancient town, Zhangsanying Town, which was called "one hundred families" in the Qing Dynasty because there were only 100 villagers here. The local area is famous for its abundant production of "100 families of white soba noodles", which can make a variety of unique foods, of which "paddle noodles" are the best. According to research, after tasting the local noodles, the Qianlong Emperor was overjoyed, praising this noodle as "as white as jade, saixue cheating frost", and was crowned as "a hundred family members dialing royal noodles".
