Comrade Zhao Hanqin was formerly the director of the Financial Supervision and Inspection Office of the Xinxiang Municipal Finance Bureau (The Finance and Taxation Supervision and Inspection Office of the Xinxiang Municipal People's Government) and was voluntarily dismissed with the institutional reform;
Comrade Li An was formerly the chairman of the board of supervisors of state-owned enterprises in Xinxiang City, and he was relieved of his duties with the institutional reform.
