Jungao Holdings (08035) announced that with effect from 1 June 2021, Zheng Xiaodong has been appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Chen Zhensheng has resigned as the Company's Company Secretary and no longer serves as the Company's Authorized Representative under the GEM Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, while Chen Xiangrong has been appointed as the Company's Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under the GEM Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance.
