On June 9, the tenth meeting of the fifth board of directors of Yihualu (300212) deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel of the Company". According to the relevant regulations, nominated by gao hui, the president of the company, and the corresponding inspection by the nomination committee of the board of directors and the remuneration and appraisal committee of the company, it is proposed to appoint Wang Yan, Liu Wei, Li Hua, He Xiaonan, Gu Tongyu, Song Zheng, Man Xiaoguo and Yan Fang as vice presidents of the company, and the term of office is from the date of approval of this meeting to the expiration of the current board of directors. He once served as a member of the Party Committee and assistant general manager of China Tong No. 1 Urban Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd., and the marketing director of Beijing Investment Rail Transit Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. He joined Yi Hualu in February 2017 and has served as the general manager of the company's rail transit division and the general manager of the data lake investment and financing division.

Liu Wei: Born in March 1981, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, member of the Communist Party of China, master's degree, graduated from the University of Technology Sydney. He once served as the deputy director of the Intermediate People's Court of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, and the director of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League. He joined Yi Hualu in April 2018 and has served as the general manager of Hunan Huayun Data Lake Information Technology Co., Ltd., the secretary of the discipline inspection committee of the company, and the general manager of the legal department.

Li Hua: Born in April 1977, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, graduated from Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology. He once worked in Beijing Brudun High-tech Co., Ltd. and Tervent Brudun Company. In June 2007, he joined Beijing Yihualu Information Technology Co., Ltd. and successively served as the assistant general manager, the general manager of the marketing management center, and the president of the district federation.

He Xiaonan: Born in November 1964, Chinese nationality, no right of permanent residence abroad, member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, graduated from Tianjin Radio and Television University, senior engineer, has won the honorary titles of "Tianjin May Day Labor Medal", "Tianjin Model Worker", "Tianjin 21st Outstanding Entrepreneur" and so on. He joined the company in 2011 and successively served as executive deputy general manager and general manager of Tianjin Yihualu Information Technology Co., Ltd., general manager of Tianjin Huayi Zhicheng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., and general manager and vice president of the company's Data Lake Industrial Park Division.

Song Zheng: Born in October 1975, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, member of the Communist Party of China, doctoral candidate, graduated from Tsinghua University. He was the R&D manager of Beijing Ruisihoude Radiation Information Technology Co., Ltd., the CTO of Beijing Yuanzhuo Technology Co., Ltd., and the president of the Strategic Research Institute of Beijing Digital Video Technology Co., Ltd. In September 2017, he joined Yi Hualu as the president of the company's Central Research Institute.

Man Xiaoguo: Born in April 1981, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, member of the Communist Party of China, master's degree, graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Senior accountant, certified tax accountant, selected as a national high-end accounting talent training project, the Ministry of Finance accounting talent pool and financial talent pool into the warehouse. He was the deputy director of the Shandong Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, and joined Yi Hualu in December 2020 as the deputy director of the company's finance and the general manager of the financial management center.

He has been with E-Hualu since July 2010 and has served as the Company's Securities Affairs Representative, General Manager, Vice President, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Director.

The company's first quarter report of 2021 shows that the company's net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the first quarter of 2021 was 65,712,354.97 yuan, an increase of 6.34% over the same period last year.
