What should I do if the "One Netcom Office" platform suddenly fails? How do I respond in an emergency? The theme activity of the Municipal Network Security Emergency Drill Day and the "One Netcom Office" network security emergency drill activity in Qingpu District was held in Qingpu yesterday (13th), and the city's 4 sub-venues and more than 20 units responded synchronously to the drill. It is reported that this is the first time that the "Emergency Drill Day" has been carried out citywide as one of the theme days of the "2021 National Cyber Security Publicity Week" in Shanghai.
"The cause of the failure was initially judged to be a conflict in the application service software, which may trigger a network security incident, and emergency measures have been taken to start the offline manual acceptance mode..." The main venue of Qingpu District simulated the occurrence of network security incidents in the district's "One Netcom Office" integrated window information system, and the application service for handling business matters was interrupted, affecting the normal development of the "One Netcom Office" work.
According to the requirements of the "Emergency Plan for Network Security Incidents in Qingpu District", the drill was divided into four stages: incident occurrence, preliminary research and information reporting, emergency disposal, and application recovery, showing the complete process of network security incidents from occurrence to handling in the "One Netcom Office" business scenario. During the drill, all personnel followed the principle of unified leadership, comprehensive coordination, and hierarchical responsibility for emergency handling, and implemented the specific situation to the commissioner's disposal. The reporter saw at the scene that the command personnel issued instructions for the relevant links of the exercise, and the members of the technical group did a good job of handling and responding to the operation in accordance with the division of labor, and recorded the information such as problems and solutions during the drill, and formed a log report; the head of the department was responsible for coordinating the research and judgment, summarizing the information report, completing the follow-up start standby plan, and arranging for the relevant personnel to receive feedback from the masses... The drill personnel of various departments responded quickly, took effective measures, and operated accurately, and successfully completed the drill.
It is reported that Jing'an District, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Shenneng (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Bilibili Technology Co., Ltd. and other 4 sub-venues, as well as 23 units in the city also carried out emergency drills in the region and units.
After the end of the drill, Chen Jianguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Qingpu District CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, commented that through this exemplary drill activity, all units should clarify what responsibilities they should assume once a major network security incident occurs, and further make preparations for emergency response, check for missing points in accordance with their respective plans, sum up experience, improve the emergency plan system, normalize network security emergency drills, and comprehensively improve emergency response capabilities. At the same time, implement monitoring and early warning and information reports, achieve early detection and early disposal, strengthen emergency linkage with the Municipal Party Committee Cyberspace Office, and effectively improve the ability to respond to network security hazards.
