It indicates that the project is about to officially start.

Jiangsheng Experimental School plans to run a school scale of 1200 people, with 36 teaching classes (33 students/class) and 36 classrooms. According to the bidding documents, the EPC contract was completed and accepted and put into use within 365 calendar days after the signing of the EPC contract. This means that Jiangsheng Middle School can be put into use as soon as autumn 2022.
