Liu Fuzhi (31 March 1917 – 25 August 2013) was a native of Meixian District, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. He is an outstanding leader of China's political and legal front, the third minister of justice, the first president of China University of Political Science and Law, the fifth minister of public security, and the fifth chief procurator of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. He died in Beijing on August 25, 2013, at the age of 96. He was the secretary of Comrades Liu Bocheng and Deng Xiaoping.
