The Great World Competition is held every year, and many excellent players have contributed a lot of wonderful competitions to us.
Hafto (Sol) Buyanson, in recent years, has performed well and has become a well-deserved brother of Hercules.

1. hafthor bjornsson
The magic mountain actor in "Game of Thrones", Hafto Bouyansson, has been in the limelight in recent years. Therefore, he can ascend to the glory throne of "the world's strongest man" this year. He is the first "beast" in history to win three consecutive Hercules competitions in the same year, and in 2018 he won three of the Arnold Hercules Classic, the European Hercules and the World Hercules Championship.
2. Mateusz kieliszkowski (Mateusz Kylelizkowski)
A young Polish national treasure, Hercules, he set a world record for cyr dumbbell push (141.5 kg/312 lbs) (141.5 kg/312 lbs) in both hands. In addition, at the Arnold Hercules Classic in 18 years, he also achieved an astonishing record of carrying a 410-pound stone on his shoulder.
3. Brian Shaw
Brian is an American who has won four World Hercules tournaments (2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016) However, unfortunately he has experienced quite a few injuries in the past year, but there is no doubt that he remains one of the core and top contenders in the entire Hercules tournament.
In the latest Arnold Classic Hercules competition, he ranked second, behind Hafthorbjornsson, so his year should also be full of miscellaneous tastes!
4. Martins Licis
The Latvian, who moved to the United States at a young age, dreamed of becoming a Hercules since he was a child, and so far he has done a good job of realizing his dream. Considering the fierce competition in the World Hercules Competition, fourth place is already a pretty good result.
5. Jean-francois caron
In 2011-2017, he won the Canadian Hercules championship and was a three-time finalist of the World Hercules Competition. Karang won the Hercules Championship in North America in 2012. Although he finished only fifth in his best in the World Hercules competition, there is no denying that the Canadian remains a strong contender for the future world throne.
6. Johan Els
Ayers is a South African and an amateur. But if he can maintain the current momentum of super rapid progress, he may also become a shining new star in the future.
7. Matjaz belsak
Bersak has won the Hercules Tournament in his hometown slovenia for two consecutive years (2014, 2015). In 2016, he competed in the world's strongest Vikings competition and broke out that dark horse ranked second, and in the same year, he squeezed into the final of the world's strongest man's competition and eventually ranked ninth.
8. konstantine janashia (Konstantin Ganasia)
Konstantin Janasiya, aka "Georgia Bulls", was the first Georgian strongman to reach the final of the World Hercules Tournament.
We can see that his talent is still outstanding, and we hope to see him more in the new year.
9. Robert Oberst
Another American. He has participated in many World Hercules competitions before, and the best place is ninth place.
Also known as "big z". Although he is currently less famous in international competitions, his achievements are even greater than most of hercules' lifetime achievements combined. He is considered by many to be the "greatest" iron-fisted player of all time as he has won every Hercules tournament in his native Lithuania.
He has won the World Hercules Championship four times (2009, 2010, 2012, 2014)
Zydrunas Savickas is the ultimate Hercules, but the hero is late and getting older, and has performed slightly poorly in the last two years, ranking 10th in the World Hercules competition. But his legend will never be forgotten.
