The practice of sugar-free preserved apples
Peel the apples, cut them into 6 pieces to remove the pits, and then soak them slightly in lightly salted water so that the apples do not turn yellow.

After the steamer water boils, spread the apples in a steamer basket and steam thoroughly (about 20 minutes)
After the apples are steamed, they are cooled in a flat oven at 70 to 80 degrees with a fan. (No oven can be placed in the hanging basket in the sun, the first steaming is relatively wet, if the sun is good, it will be dried for two days)
