3. Joseph Young should pay cgl sports a total of $5,000 and €5,901 as compensation for the cost of this legal affair.
4. No further requests for legal remedies will be accepted.
Subsequently, Joseph Yang was suspended by the Chinese Basketball Association for this incident.

Mr. Joseph Michael Young and all relevant units:
Upon the application of the Applicant, cgl sports llc, the Association registered with Beijing Holding Basketball Club Co., Ltd. on 6 April 2021 against Joseph, a player registered with Beijing Holdings Basketball Club Co., Ltd. for failure to execute bat award 1436/19 (bat award) rendered by the basketball arbitral tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "bat"). Mr Michael Young imposed a penalty of suspension of participation in events under the Chinese Basketball Association.
Mr Joseph Michael Young has submitted an application to the Council to withdraw his suspension penalty and to attach his payment to the interested person on 7 April 2021. In addition, Beijing Holdings Basketball Club Co., Ltd. issued and submitted a letter of guarantee to the Chinese Basketball Association on April 8, 2021, guaranteeing the authenticity, validity and completeness of Mr. Joseph Michael Young's enforcement of the bat award.
Based on the above, after consideration by the Council, the following decisions are made:
Revoke the penalty imposed by the HKECIA on 6 April 2021 for Mr. Joseph Michael Young to participate in events under the Chinese Basketball Association (NRC Discipline and Ethics Committee Zi [2021] No. 4).
The revocation penalty shall take effect from the date of issuance of this notice.
