David Duke: I've been a KD fan since I was a kid and I rarely had the opportunity to see his efforts behind the scenes

Live Bar November 5, 2019 Today, Nets rookie David Duke talked about Durant in an interview on Media Day for the Long Island Nets.

David Duke said: "I see Kevin Durant coming to the training hall every day and getting into training, I can see how he treats the game, he plays super hard after he comes on. I started learning about his mindset in the face of things and how to respond to certain situations.

I'm a fan of his and grew up watching him play, and I rarely had the opportunity to see what he put in behind the scenes, but now that I've had the opportunity, I'm so grateful that I've learned something from Durant, Harden, Griffin, and every veteran, and so far it's been great. David Duke said.

Duke, 22, was the loser of the year after the Nets converted their training camp contract to a two-way contract, playing in three games for the team in preseason, averaging 16.6 minutes per game and 4.3 points and 4.0 rebounds.
