Wang Yizhi, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1966, central party school graduate degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in December 1979. He has successively served as a member of the Standing Committee and Propaganda Director of the Xiangyun County CPC Committee, the Secretary of the Dali Prefecture Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Chairman of the Prefecture Youth Federation, the Deputy Secretary and County Governor of Jianchuan County, the Secretary of the Jianchuan County CPC Committee, the Standing Committee member and Propaganda Director of the Dali Prefecture CPC Committee, the Deputy Director of the Propaganda and Education Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department (suspended post), the Standing Committee member and executive vice governor of the Dali Prefecture CPC Committee, the deputy secretary general of the provincial government, the director of the Provincial Work Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau, and the secretary of the Party Group. He is currently the director of the Provincial Emergency Management Department and the secretary of the party group.
After research, the comrade plans to serve as the secretary of the prefecture municipal party committee.
Tang Peiyuan, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1965, graduated from the Central Party School, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in August 1984. He has successively served as the deputy director of the Finance Bureau of Lincang District Administration, the director of the Lincang Municipal Finance Bureau, the secretary of the party group, and the vice mayor of Lincang City. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary General of the Lincang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China
After research, the comrade intends to nominate himself as a candidate for chairman of the Standing Committee of the Lincang Municipal People's Congress.
Tian Jing, male, Han ethnicity, born in May 1969, on-the-job graduate degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1989. He has successively served as the deputy director of the editor-in-chief office of Yunnan Daily, the deputy director and director of the sports department of Yunnan Daily Newspaper Group, the executive deputy director and director of the editor-in-chief office of Yunnan Daily, and the director of the editing and publishing center of Yunnan Daily. He is currently the deputy editor-in-chief of Yunnan Daily Newspaper Group and a member of the Party Committee.
After research, the comrade plans to serve as the editor-in-chief of the Yunnan Daily Newspaper Group.
Liu Yonglu, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1966, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in August 1989. He has successively served as deputy researcher, deputy director, researcher, researcher of the Income Tax Department of the Department of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance, researcher of the Environmental Resources and Behavior Tax Division, director of the Tax Source Investigation and Analysis Division, director of the Property Tax Division, deputy secretary of the Yongsheng County Party Committee, and deputy director of the Lijiang Municipal Finance Bureau (suspended post). Liu Benfang, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1967, graduated from the Central Party School, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1987. He has successively served as a member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Qujing City, a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Fuyuan County CPC Committee, a member of the Standing Committee and Deputy County Governor of Fuyuan County, a deputy secretary of the Fuyuan County CPC Committee, and a deputy secretary of the Malong County CPC Committee and a county magistrate. He is currently the secretary of the CPC Qujing Zhanyi District Committee.
After research, the comrade intends to nominate himself as a candidate for vice mayor of the Qujing Municipal People's Government.
Li Rui, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1977, on-the-job master's degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1998. He has successively served as the director of the command center of the police command department of the provincial public security department (at the level of the main department), and the deputy director of the police command department of the provincial public security department (at the level of the main department). He is currently the director of the Police Security Department of the Provincial Public Security Department, the director of the Government Procurement Office (concurrently), and a first-level researcher.

He is currently the secretary of the Yao'an County CPC Committee.
After research, the comrade intends to nominate himself as a candidate for vice chairman of the CPPCC Chuxiong Prefecture.
Bao Xu, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1970, graduated from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in February 1991. He has successively served as a member of the Standing Committee and office of the old Municipal Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee and executive vice mayor of the old Municipal Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee and executive vice mayor of the Kaiyuan Municipal Party Committee, a deputy secretary and mayor of the Kaiyuan Municipal Party Committee, and a deputy secretary and mayor of the Mile Municipal Party Committee. He is currently the secretary of the Maitreya Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and a first-class researcher.
After research, the comrade plans to serve as the director of the management committee of the Mengzi Economic and Technological Development Zone (deputy department level).

He successively served as the political commissar of the Qiubei County Public Security Bureau, the deputy county magistrate of Yanshan County, and the director of the County Public Security Bureau. He is currently the deputy secretary of the party committee and executive deputy director of the Wenshan Prefecture Public Security Bureau.

Ma Guoqing, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1971, graduated from the Central Party School, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1992. Ning Yaning, female, Han ethnicity, born in October 1975, on-the-job master's degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1998. He has successively served as the deputy director of the financial department of the provincial department of finance, the director of the agricultural department, and the deputy secretary of the Weixi County Party Committee (suspended post). He is currently the director of the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Division of the Provincial Department of Finance, and the chief leader of the Village Poverty Alleviation Task Force in Weixi County.
After research, the comrade plans to serve as deputy director of the Provincial People's Government Poverty Alleviation and Development Office.
Kuang Jinyun, female, Bai ethnicity, born in March 1966, on-the-job doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1988. He has successively served as the deputy director of the Department of Enterprise Management of Yunnan Economic Management Cadre College, the deputy dean of the School of Business Administration of Yunnan University of Finance and Trade, and the deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office of Yunnan University of Finance and Trade. He is currently the Director of academic affairs of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and the director of the Office of undergraduate teaching review and evaluation center.

Li Jianfeng, male, Hui ethnicity, born in May 1969, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1992. He has successively served as the deputy director of the Party Committee Office and the President's Office of Simao Normal College, and the director of the Student Work Office of Simao Normal College. He is currently the director of the Student Work Office (Student Work Department, Armed Forces Department) of Pu'er College.
After research, the comrade intends to serve as the vice president of Pu'er College.
Bi Tianyun, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1968, on-the-job doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1990. He has successively served as vice dean and dean of the School of Philosophy and Political Science and Law of Yunnan Normal University. He is currently the Party Secretary and Chairman of Yunnan Jiehua Clean Energy Development Co., Ltd., and the Chairman and General Manager of Yunnan Coal Chemical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.
