Under the stars, I remember
Text/Seven Years
"Remember Under the Stars," the lyrics, was inspired by a trip to Acadia National Park in Maine in the summer of 2014.
The word similar to the name of this national park, arcadia, means paradise. There, I saw a more magnificent sunset than the one in Santorini, Greece— the winding road that carried us to the top of the mountain, where many people waited silently, all solemnly and silently, as if the people of ancient rituals were waiting for the miracle to come.

As the sun sets, we sit on the boulders at the top of the mountain and look at the vast forest at the foot of the mountain, where red and purple sunsets cross the sky and dye the meandering outline of the river's estuary golden.
That night, the Atlantic Ocean was pitch black, the sky above our heads was full of silver, and we rowed a small kayak that felt like a needle tip, piercing the starry sky, and was crossing the Milky Way.
When we think of life as a candle, and our hearts are long and short, we are in this timeless, magnificent nature, lamenting for the fleeting transit of all good things.
