Emperor Tuoba Si of Wei (392–423), courtesy name Mumu, was a native of present-day Datong, Shanxi, and a member of the Xianbei clan.

The second emperor of the Northern Wei Dynasty, the eldest son of Emperor Tuoba Jue of Daowu, his mother was Empress Xuanmu of the Liu clan, and the father of Emperor Taiwu Tuoba Tao.

Since the Northern Wei Daowu Emperor Tuoba Jue, it was established that the system of setting up sons and killing mothers was established, which determined that the road to imperial power in Northern Wei must be bloody and rainy.

In October 409, Tuoba Jue's second son Tuoba Shao rebelled and entered the palace to directly kill Tuoba Jue, but this was a loss of popularity.
