"Black City", suggested in the ninth century AD, was the ancient capital of the Western Xia Kingdom, which was abandoned after being attacked by the Ming Dynasty generals in 1372, and is the most complete and largest ancient city site on the northern line of the ancient Silk Road.

It is also known as the "grave" of poplars, and their posthumous forms are really varied, or bowed, or bent, or entangled, and everywhere to show the world the degree of pain before they die.
It is because of the destruction of the environment that people have made them look like this, but people do not seem to be shaken, but they even appreciate this place as a spectacle, without the slightest awareness of their own fault.
