In February 1968, Jiang Dagen was born in the former Yuhong Township Permanent Village. After graduating from vocational high school, he left his hometown to work outside. After earning the first pot of gold, he invested in building a factory and also co-founded a school with others.

Today, Jiang Dagen has built the second phase of the park into a large-scale Sichuan Opera Expo Park.
