Recently, Dr. Feng Haitao, Ph.D. of the Aie Research Center of Baoji College of Arts and Sciences, has made breakthrough progress in the field of AIE research, and has published three heavyweight academic papers in three top international journals such as the Journal of the American Chemical Society and the comprehensive open source journal issued by Nature Group within a month as the first author.
Feng Haitao, a native of Qianhe Town, Baoji High-tech Zone, was admitted to Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2007 to study chemical biology from Yuzhen Middle School until his doctoral degree, and then pursued a postdoctoral degree in the Department of Chemistry of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Aie, or aggregation-induced luminescence, is a photophysical phenomenon, first proposed in 2001 by a team led by Tang Benzhong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. aie materials are mainly used in optoelectronic materials, environmental testing and biological fields. Feng Haitao studied under Academician Tang Benzhong and returned to Baoji in April 2019 to continue his research in the field of AIE. In recent years, Feng Haitao has published 27 papers in international high-level journals. In May this year alone, Feng Haitao, as the first author, published three heavyweight academic papers in top international journals such as "Journal of the American Chemical Society" and the comprehensive open source journal issued by nature group, such as "Adjusting the Effect of Aiegen Push-Pull Electron Effect to Improve the Diagnosis and Treatment Effect of Colon Cancer", "Using push-pull electron effect to adjust the conversion of organic luminescence from fluorescence to phosphorescence", and "Based on Chiral Aie Molecules: Chiral Recognition, Circular Polarized Fluorescence and Its Application Research".
"I went to Baoji to engage in research work, and the support in all aspects is very strong, and I am very happy to work!" Feng Haitao said that at present, his research direction is mainly to develop a variety of new AIE dyes for disease diagnosis and treatment, optical imaging. Taking colon cancer as an example, aie dye has been widely used in clinical trials in the early stage due to its advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation and low cost. Based on this, Feng Haitao has developed a new aie diagnostic and therapeutic reagent that integrates diagnosis and treatment for the diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer. (Baoji Daily)
